While we work to achieve the best results for our clients, Brickfront does not guarantee specific outcomes from any consultation, proposal, or service. All services are subject to availability, market conditions, and applicable laws.
Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Late or missed payments may result in work suspension and/or collection actions.
All content, designs, and materials provided by Brickfront remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Brickfront is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, forms, or websites. Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our forms or services after changes are posted means you accept those changes.
